The Privacy Policy describes the principles of processing information about you, including personal data and cookies, i.e., so-called cookies.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

Login and data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
To protect data, the operator regularly creates backup copies.
An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the operator for personal data processing, which includes regular updates of programming components.

The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: cyberFolks.pl
The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, keeps server logs. The logs may include:
resources identified by URL identifiers (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
time of request,
name of the client’s station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
information on errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the transition to the service was made through a link,
information about the user’s browser,
information about the IP address,
diagnostic information related to the self-ordering of services via recorders on the website,
information related to the handling of emails sent to the operator and sent by the operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage

In certain situations, the administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
hosting company on the basis of entrustment,
authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website.
Your personal data is processed by the administrator no longer than necessary to perform the activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the service.
Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to you to provide services under the concluded contract and for the direct marketing purpose of the administrator.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries as defined by data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if provided.
The service may save information about connection parameters (time, IP address).
In certain cases, the service may save information to facilitate linking data in the form with the user’s email address who fills out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL address of the page containing the form.
Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., to complete the service request process or business contact, registration of services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform about its purpose.

The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
